How about shipping?
Shipping is $5 an order (meaning if you get one shirt or four shirts, you pay $5) unless you’re a member. For members, shipping is free (here, as well as at our other stores like Meh, Casemates, and MorningSave.
What's my order number?
We do this a little differently. Your order number is three random words instead of a number. You’ll find it in your order confirmation email (or on your orders page).
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order for one hour after it was placed by visiting your orders, clicking “Cancel” and confirming by clicking the “yes” button. After one hour has passed, it is probably too late to cancel, but you can use the support form to make a cancellation request.
How do I change my order?
We cannot make changes to an order once it’s been placed. You’ll need to cancel the order and re-order with the corrected information or item.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Not right now. We’re trying to keep this simple, so we’ve just got the one shipping option.
What’s your phone number?
We don’t currently offer phone support. We do have a team of customer support agents ready to answer you. Please fill out our support form with any questions or concerns and we’ll help you out.
How can I get Free Shipping?
Our $4.99/month membership includes unlimited free shipping. You may join at our membership page, or during your next purchase. You may cancel your membership at any time from the same page (visit Membership from the menu at the top of our site).
How will my order ship?
We select the most cost efficient shipping method for every deal, whether that’s US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. If you’d like your order sooner, eligible deals have enhanced shipping options.
When will I get my order?
You can see the estimated delivery date on your orders page, or in the confirmation email you received after ordering. Your order will generally arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.
How can I track delivery of my order?
You’ll get an email when your order has shipped and you can find a tracking link on your orders page.
What do I do if I think my order is lost?
If it’s past the Estimated Delivery Date range on your orders page and you don’t have your item, please reach out to our customer support team via the support page.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we don’t currently offer international shipping.
Can I sign in with Facebook?
Yes, if you’d rather sign in with Facebook instead of creating another username and password you can click the blue “Sign in with Facebook” button on the sign in page.
Note: signing in with Facebook does not connect us to your Facebook page.
I forgot my password, how can I sign in?
Give us your email address or username on the forgot password page and we’ll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
If you signed up via Facebook, you can use the blue “Sign in with Facebook” button on the sign in page instead of entering your password.
How can I change my default payment settings?
Your default payment settings (shipping address, credit card, and billing address) are shown on your Account page.
You can change your default payment settings (shipping address, credit card, and billing address) from the Payment Settings page.
How do I ship to a different address?
If you’d like to ship to an address that is different from your billing address; enter the shipping address first, then uncheck the box that says “billing and shipping are the same” and enter your billing address.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, AFO/APO?
While most items ship to AK & HI, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, AFO/APO addresses.
What emails are you going to send me?
We’ll send you email at various times, including when:
- you place an order
- your order has shipped
- your order was delivered
- our team responds to your support ticket
We can also send you email to let you know when new deals launch, to share promotions and coupons, or periodically update you with a newsletter. You can manage your email settings from the Email Subscriptions page.
How can I change my email address?
To make sure you don’t miss emails about your orders, new deal launches, or promotions and coupons you can change your email address from the Your Info page.
I can't find an email reply to my Customer Support ticket. What should I do?
