You missed the summer boat. Black logo on fluorescent would have been a very un-Meh look on a hot day. Such a loud color with such a non-committal statement. It says “I work for a lawn service that bought new t-shirts this year, but I care more about getting the entire Rush discography through my sweatproof earbuds this week than edging your yard straight.”
So coming out with that kind of summer look in the fall, yeah, that’d bring it right back into Mediocre territory.
Except safety orange would also be seasonal for all the hunters. So yeah, there’s that.
Have you thought of those typically 90s color combos, like fuschia on teal, or sportsish-inspired?
Sports-team combos are like a goldmine, imo. if you throw them into the mix every so often. Keep people checking in all the time bc it might just be their day.
That said, I’m your first customer (or at least an early customer) to the SJ Sharks inspired teal on black & black on teal /meh./
I’m kind of partial to the monochromatic treatment that the black on black meh shirt got.
I prefer this as well. I love my black on black tee with the mediocre logo.
