And, like so many other people, I now find myself for the first time in my career having to actually participate in video conferencing, so I am REALLY looking forward to messing with some people’s minds with the Official Video Conferencing Shirt.
And if you ever get Mediocri-pants up and running, let me know. I have an idea for a pair of casual work-at-home pants that replaces the front pockets with basins of soapy water for ease in hand-washing during these troubled times…
Is there something wrong with my shirt? In the picture online, it is clearly legible. I received my shirt today and the lettering looks smeared and nearly illegible.
For example, in the word “OFFICIAL”, the hole in the “A” is filled in and the space between the two horizontal lines on the “F” is filled in. Similarly, with the “E”'s, the space between the horizontal lines are filled in and it looks more like a white rectangle than the letter “E”.
In the photo, the curved letters look curved. But in reality it looks like a low-res 8-bit image magnified 50x. Very blocky and barely resembling the letters they are supposed to be.
@sjk3 That is exactly how it is supposed to look. That is the joke. The people with whom you are video conferencing are supposed to wonder whether it’s their monitor or your camera or the wi-fi or Zoom’s servers, etc.
