Should we eat them? Or should we launch them into space?

It depends on the method for each.

Eat:
1. Raw like sushi and I will run away.
2. Turned into a puree you can add to soups and stews and you are good.
Launch:
1. Placed aboard a luxury spacecraft with all the resources they need to make a better Earth would be a no.
2. Gluing the required amount of bottle rockets to their backs and I will light the fuse myself.
