@yakkoTDI@yakkoTDI Those look pretty neat. Seems like they’re rare? I’d like to have one of those if someone else maintained it. I had an original bug, but it had this weird thing called the “automatic stick-shift.” I drove it around until I could no longer get it fixed.
I love cars. I grew up with super cars on my wall. All the automobile magazines.
Then adulthood hit, and although I still appreciate cars–especially the works of engineering/art–they are meant to get me from point a to point b. All these new subscription things, paying for accessories, JFC. I will keep my decades old car I can still work on.
More of a VW person but not to the point of being a fanatic. Of course that does not mean I am not a little crazy because, well, I own multiple VWs.
@yakkoTDI
Any original-style Bugs?
@Kyeh Not yet sadly. I do have an '83 Rabbit Pickup though.

Cars are basically a means to an end for me… gets me from Point A to Point B.
(Although do actually like to drive, and believe in the adage “It’s more about the journey than the destination.”)
