Recharging the Ol’ Bat-tery

You might be thinking we missed our mark. “Halloween’s over, you buffoons!” But let me assure you, our decision to feature these shirts now was calculated and with purpose!

Okay, so Dracula Daily is coming to an end. You know, the thing where they email you Dracula on the corresponding dates to the story unfolding. There you go. That’s why the Drac is back, baby!

It’s a neat project, though. Turning a novel into a serialized, book club-esque experience using the story’s baked-in timeline. Dracula is particularly well-suited to this format because:

  1. It’s a classic for a damn good reason.

  2. It’s public domain.

  3. It spans a reasonable timeframe.

That last part is one of its biggest boons. The story is linear, so there’s no overlapping timelines. It can be repeated yearly. It’s only six months, so you get a nice six month gap before starting again. Gives you enough time to recharge the ol’ BAT-teries, haHA!

I did it. I got us there. All that to build-up just to contextualize the joke in the title.

But in all seriousness, Dracula Daily is neat. Dracula is neat. These Dracula shirts? Also neat. Plus the one in the “Stay Sharp” picture has the mustache for accuracy!

That’s right, Dracula had a mustache. Look it up!

Batting 100 by DinoMike

If DinoMike calls you at 3 AM, DON’T ANSWER. Well, maybe answer. Maybe he needs help. You know what he doesn’t need help with? Making shirts with a tendency to combine the horrid and the adorable. Perhaps we could call it hordorable. Adorror? You know what, we’ll just call it good. It’s good stuff. You should check out DinoMike on Instagram for more.
