Summer. More heat means less people bicycling on the trails. So nice and peaceful.
@yakkoTDI That doesn’t happen here, but I really wish it did!
Spring, since you can still get some chilly air in the evenings to refresh yourself rather than the soul-crushing endless heat of summer when even night brings no relief. If I hear “but it’s a dry heat” one more time…
I’m spoiled. Around here we get dramatic temperature swings between the day and night. 30+ degree change is not uncommon.
Nicer weather, swimming, outdoors, laying in the sun.
@Star2236 I agree. Winter is my favorite time of year too.
@Star2236 FYI: I live in Southern California
I meant yo put summer in front of all that. Live in MI. This year most of our spring flowers just bloomed bc of the late and long cold we had.
@squishybrain Yes, the “seasons” of SoCal:
Starting with January, we have something like….
Spring, because the world goes from drab to beautiful almost overnight, and everything feels fresh and new. Summer is disgusting.
Summer. Hate the heat, but love those long days!
Spring begins the thawing from winter, beautiful flowers, lengthening days, culminating in the solstice and my birthday.
In the Southern US they are both the same…
Longer days in the Summer, I get more done
Summer’s too hot. Spring has my vote.
Also, if we missed getting the cooler months, is there a way to get them now?
its spring and everything’s coming alive, flowers, tree etc. temps are great too.
