Seems random. If they meant something, then they would either not end the strings with 0s (because the byte is understood to be complete with 0s), or have each string have a multiple of eight digits.
@dragoncmndr However, there is probably a dozen different ways to the “order” in which the binary is “read.” That would change the results somewhat. From darkest “oldest code” to brightest “new code”? Right to Left? Who knows, but probably overthinking it.
