A poll with no bad choices? I actually went through the cheese making phase in college. Good stuff. I’m current trying to perfect my yogurt making. Family is tearing through the Greek stuff fast enough to make it worth the time.
This was a hard (or maybe semi-soft) choice. But if you really want to try something unique, try a true smoked cheese (not commercial “smoke flavor added”). In particular a smoked mozzarella and a smoked goat cheese from oregon.
No all of the above option?
@yakkoTDI Sometimes you have to make hard decisions. Or semi-soft.

I like them all a lot. One of the local farms is going to start selling raw milk as soon as things go back to a semi normal state. I’m pretty excited
@ivannabc do you use the raw milk for cheese making? I heard that a lot of people get sick from drinking it. Never had it myself.
@narfcake A thousand
for that!!!

@moonhat is to blame!
Cabot Vermont seriouly sharp cheddar for just gnawing on
Havarti. Oh, how I love havarti.
I like lots of cheeses. Even jalapeno cheese curds from the ex-local cheese factory (now closed).
IMO: Cheese should only be sold in blocks. Make America Grate Again.
