Road Trip

Well, son, the car’s all packed! It’s time for the ultimate road trip!

Our first destination is in the Northeast. Derry, Maine. I’ve booked us a tour of the local sewer system. You know how I love public utilities!

After that, it’s down the coast a little ways to Arkham, Massachusetts. Now, I realize you’re only a sophomore in high school, but I’ve scheduled you an interview at the university there. Maybe we’ll even swing by the library. I hear they have some interesting rare books.

After that, we’ll head over to Hawkins, Indiana. Not much to see there honestly, but I did manage to get us some visitor passes to the Hawkins National Laboratory. Apparently, it’s a real hotbed of innovation. Why, the stuff they’re doing could turn the world as we know it upside down!

From there, we’ll shoot down to Tulsa, Oklahoma. I’m excited to try some local restaurants. Apparently, the city’s known for its calamari. Which is strange, when you think about it. After all, it’s a landlocked state. Where do they get all that squid?

Finally, we’ll drive way up to the Pacific Northwest to visit Twin Peaks, Washington. Another culinary destination. Apparently, they’ve got some of the best coffee and cherry pie you’ll find anywhere.

Now, I know it’s not as exciting as visiting the Grand Canyon or Old Faithful, but I’ve got a good feeling that we’ll see something interesting at one of our stops!

Binge-worthy Destinations by douglasstencil

douglasstencil? Now, there’s a rebel for you. Think about it. He’s a part of the Stencil family! The people who invented the thing that allows anyone to effortlessly trace shapes with no creativity whatsoever! And he went on to be a super creative artist? Pretty crazy, right?!

Oh, wait… that’s just his username? Okay, never mind.

Anyway, you should follow him on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
